The hotel and staff level of service was exceptional. The beach was amazing as well. Overall I would rate it top notch , only recommendation would be to have kept pool or Jacuzzi hours open till later not closed at sunset hours .. Exceptional hotel with level of service second to none !

The hotel was satisfactory. The rooms were clean but a little dated. The pool wasn't the resort-style pool you might expect. The beach is fantastic, and the staff there were amazing. All in all a good vacation!

The place us super nice! Many amenities and staff very accomodating. Our sink was clogged and they didnt hesitate ti move us to another room.

The room was clean, the beach view was great, the amenities were good! The front desk lady that checked us in on the arrival was not very friendly and didn’t smile and was not very familiar how to respond and react properly to our request but the day shift manager when we arrived and the night shift manager was more professional !

Our room was oceanfront and very nice. Great amenities. However, water leaked onto floor from shower door when using and had to use towels to mop up. Pool and beach staff was helpful and attentive. Got to see some beautiful sunsets from room balcony. If want to be within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Naples, the LaPlaya Resort is probably not your choice. It is in North Naples and thus you need a car or use Uber to reach the downtown area. On the other hand, it is in a perfect location if looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Our son is in a wheelchair. Staff and facility were very accommodating to people with disabilities. All of resort was assessable to us. The rooms were great, pools and beaches were outstanding.

We had an excellent stay at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort in Naples. The location is hard to beat—the hotel is right on a beautiful stretch of beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the Gulf without ever needing to leave the property. The amenities were outstanding. We loved relaxing by the pool, the beach service was excellent, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, helping make our stay feel truly relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a beachfront resort with great amenities and a wonderful atmosphere, La Playa is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again.
