I’m still awaiting the email to get my refund because I never stayed there at all . Room smells and the twin size bed in the room was dirty way too low like for a kindergarten. No normal American tourist will stay there

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett, das ist aber leider das einzige was an dem Hotel gut war. Bett war sehr unbequem. Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, vor allem das Bad war eine Katastrophe, Waschbecken ist lange nicht abgelaufen, Toilettenspülung musste mit Gewalt betätigt werden, damit sie funktioniert, dauernd ist etwas getropft, was uns die ganze Nacht den Schlaf geraubt hat. Auf jeden Fall renovierungsbedürftig! Lage ist nicht gut.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten gesehen. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz sehr gut und sicher. Das Frühstück war bescheiden, vor allem altes Brot. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt. Der nahe Strand ist super schön und macht alles wett! Das Hotel hat 4 Sterne, ich würde nur 2 geben. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es okay. Man merkt, dass man in einem Vorort von Neapel ist, alles ziemlich dreckig und viel Verkehr.

Bonjour. Beaucoup apprécié la personne de l accueil brune souriante très bon accueil de sa part. Le repas a revoir .bravo au femmes de ménage chambre très propre. Juste un petit bémol la blonde de l accueil pas souriante du tout. Sinon tout était parfait.

we spent 6 days here reception staff 24 hour very good and helpful owner was very hands on and although he did not speak English we just about managed daily chats and i learnt a bit more Italian from him a very Italian holiday area make sure to have cash for a lot of the local bars and restaurants

Hotel far from Naples Centre

Hardly any staff spoke English and those that did, it was a basic level. Staff not helpful with regards to help with getting around locally and into Naples etc. My children got told off everyday by staff that they were noisy and to stop running around, but then marketed as a family friendly hotel? My children were aged 4, 6, 10. Staff were rude and not welcoming. Do not stay here as you will be very disappointed!

The hotel was a little basic and the location unsavoury (prostitutes on the road outside). Breakfast was typical basic buffet but the quality of evening meal was good.

Le personnel sauve la mise!

Les chambres sont propres sans plus,manque de commodités (frigo, oreillers supplémentaires, etc) les oreillers sont aussi mince que des feuilles de papier (ils nous en ont fourni d’autre heureusement!) mais le personnel est tellement extraordinaire que nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour! Extrêmement serviable, souriant, parfait!

Nice hotel, a bit far away from everything

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Lovely hotel, clean, staff are friendly and helpful. 35 mins away from Naples airport. Good spot if you want to just relax at the beach which is 10 mins away from the hotel. There isn't anything else to do around. Transport links ain't great but you can get a lift from the hotel taxi driver (Giovanni) to the station (which is around 4 km away) for €18 return. You can easily reach Naples etc from that train station. Nearest biggest shopping centre is 15mins away and is€50 return by taxi. Breakfast was average - a lot of cakes, not the biggest selection but decent enough.

Hotel was nice being clean friendly and comfortable however it is in a very run down area. Receptionist Laila was so friendly and helpful. She spoke really good English and was able to give us very helpful information. Giovanni the taxi driver who has a connection with the hotel also was prompt, friendly and spoke extremely good English and was very helpful (in fact saved us lots of money on train fare to Rome).

Hôtel est propre

L'accueil est correct. L'eau de la douche était froide le soir de mon arrivée et tiède le matin. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment minimaliste. Le croissant et yaourt ne ne pas en services libre ce n'est pas digne du prix et la catégorie. Le cadre est bien le lit est confortable.

Schönes Hotel mit Abenteuer

Es war sehr schön, nur der Hinweis auf die Angelegenheit sollte besser sein. Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Personal ist sehr bemüht und das Hotel wirkt in dieser Lage wie ein kleines Paradies. Für Touristen, welche viel sehen wollen, ist die Lage zu abgelegen, außer man mietet ein Auto, reist per Auto an oder nimmt genug Geld für das Taxi mit. Das Essen war sehr gut, Personal kann auf manche etwas abschreckend wirken, da die Kellner etwas "auftauen" müssen, um zu lächeln. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zu Frieden und es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Günstige Lage

Strandbäder schon im Mai nur gegen Bezahlung. Für einen freien Strand fährt man einige km. Das Personal war sehr nett. Zum Abendessen gab es zwei Menüs zur Auswahl. Leider gab es keinen offenen Wein.
