An elegant, recently renovated 90-square-meter apartment with arched ceilings, sleeping 4, located on the 2nd floor of a historic building dating back to the 1700s with an exterior lift (NOT suitable for people with disabilities). The property is located in a central area, on the edge of the Quartieri Spagnoli and just a short walk from all the city’s main attractions, such as Piazza del Plebiscito, the San Carlo Theatre, and the Maschio Angioino. The “Municipio” metro station is 450 metres from the apartment.



The interior layout is as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, and a dining table;

- LIVING AREA with a sofa bed, 40-inch TV, armchair, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, and EN SUITE BATHROOM (shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet).

- BEDROOM II with a double bed and a desk;

- BATHROOM with a shower stall (1 step to access it), sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split units in the living area, in Bedroom I, and in the entryway hallway, opposite Bedroom II), washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, clothes rack, and hair dryer.

A cot for infants is available.



PLEASE NOTE: There are steps inside the apartment (3 steps at the entrance and 1 step in the separate bathroom).



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The operation of air conditioning and heating systems is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Naples Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
