Adorable Floridian cottage!
We had a lovely stay. We were visiting family in the neighborhood so didn’t spend a ton of time in the home but it was a super charming spot to return to each day. Very clean and equipped with everything you need.

10th Anniversary weekend
This is a wonderful property! Location was perfect for us and the cottage was just as described. Check in/out was easy and communication was timely and helpful. We (including our family pet) enjoyed the screened in back porch and the beautiful weather. It is nicely furnished and has everything you need. We have family in Naples and most definitely plan to book here again!

Relaxing Oasis
We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and relaxing home! We were given check-in information in advance and appreciated the communication. The outdoor space was surrounded by trees, which provided shade and privacy. We spent time relaxing on the lanai, taking walks in the neighborhood and to the beach, and dining at some great local restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

Ideal location for our vacation. Lovely quiet neighborhood just minutes from all our activities. Very nice floor plan layout and one of the best appointed kitchens we have seen, with several options included for making coffee. Very good communications with the host.

Dear Loretta, We’re very appreciative of your review and the fact that you left the house in good shape as required by our professional cleaning staff. Guests do no have to clean the bedding, just not leave too many soiled loads because then the cleaning crew will take longer and will charge for it, therefore the extra charge.

Great stay!
Upon arrival the house was spotless and it was immediately evident that this home was carefully and thoughtfully cared for. The grounds are lovely, with beautiful tropical plants in the front and surrounding the back yard. The house in located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by stores, great restaurants, wineries and anything we were looking for. The beaches and sunsets are close and lovely. Air conditioning is a requirement in July and theirs was great! The. Owners were helpful and quick to respond. We had an absolute terrific vacation!

Great Naples property close to beach
Awesome property. Close to Vanderbilt Beach. Very close to 2 Publix grocery stores, Whole Foods and the Mercato for shopping and dining. Property was clean and very well appointed. Plenty of dishes and cookware provided. Washer/dryer was nice. Master bed was comfortable. Nice screened in back porch with ceiling fan. Bikes provided were nice - easy to ride to the beach or grocery store. There are 3 adult bikes, adult trike and 3 kids bikes. Air pump available to top off tires. Gas grill was awesome and worked great. Beach equipment was a very nice amenity - great to have beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and cooler. Made our beach days a breeze. Owner/host provided all information in advance and was very responsive to any questions/inquiries. Loved the place and will return.

My wife and I stayed at the Coastal Cottage while we had work done on our house a few miles away. When the work on our home took longer than expected, Gloria gladly allowed us to stay a few more days. We would recommend this home to others.

Amazing place to stay and great owner!
This is my first time using VRBO for a stay. This property was exactly what was advertised, actually probably better! Very clean and great neighborhood. Unfortunately Hurricane Ian became a threat to the area. The owner Gloria was great with communication and made for a great experience. If you are looking for a place close to the beach, you can quit looking!

Awesome Experience!
This property was absolutely beautiful. My kids were sad that it was only a three day stay. Super Clean, well stocked from linens to kitchen gadgets, bikes to beach chairs and a great back yard for our family pet. We will definitely be back for a longer stay! Thanks to a great host.

We couldn't have asked for a more prefect property for our vacation to Naples. The house was so inviting the second you pulled up to it. My husband and I especially enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the front porch at night. Perfect ending after a day on the beach.

Adorable, well maintained house. Had everything we needed for our week's stay. Location was very convenient to everything we needed. Only downside is beach access. But recommended going to Wiggins Pass State Park. Less than paying for Vanderbilt parking garage and park closer to beach. Rented a kayak there, highly recommend! Communication with owner was fantastic. Cannot say enough about this house!

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and there is always something exaggerated or things missing. This was not the case with this home. Everything that our host said would be provided was and in working order. Our stay was amazing and I wish I would have gotten the home for more time!

Ahhhhmazing home!
We had a wonderful, relaxing time in Naples. The property was beautiful & clean. The landscaping was plush and gorgeous- the perfect beach house. There was great communication with Gloria (homeowner) who was just a text away. The beach and local shops were close by as well as the state park which also has its own beach with parking. Walking distance to the Ritz for their breakfast buffet and beach lunch spot. We will definitely come back and stay again!!! Already planning a girls trip and a trip with my family. My only regret was not riding the bikes down to the beach!

Spent time at this location with a friend and my daughter. The house is very comfortable and as described, has everything that you need. Loved the screened in porch in the back. Great location and not much of a walk to see sunset at the beach. Will definitely consider for future trips to Naples!

Such a beautiful home -ladies trip- we loved everything about the home.

Home away from home
Had a most amazing time staying at Gloria‘s wonderful Naples Park home. The house is perfectly located just minutes from Vanderbilt beach and great restaurants, and you feel at home right from the start and very tempted to also spend time just lounging in the cozy living room or on the porch overlooking the lush garden. Gloria is a wonderful host and made me feel very well taken care of. Can’t wait to be back.

I'm so happy we found this property! It offered everything we needed - a great layout, a relaxing, tropical feel, and a very comfy and cozy ambiance. And the location was perfect! Gloria and Charles were so accommodating, and we appreciated the extra effort they made to have the house decorated for Christmas in time for our stay! We were in Naples to visit my elderly parents; my dad has dementia, and it was an emotional and stressful visit. Being able to start and end the day in such a peaceful setting, with soft Christmas lights glowing, was just what we needed. Thank you!

Immaculate beach cottage
I rely heavily on reviews when choosing a property to rent. In this case, the reviews were very accurate. This beach cottage was exactly what we were looking for! First, it was immaculate. A clean and sanitized rental has always been important to me, but it is even more important now. Second, the cottage was charming, and the layout was perfect for our party of five. Having two full bathrooms, as well as a washer & dryer, is a necessity when traveling with kids! We were able to pack lightly since we could do laundry. We cooked every meal in the well stocked kitchen. We couldn’t believe how many appliances and utensils were available to us. The linens and towels were nice quality. There were also starters of everything you might need (hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags and dish detergent). And we truly appreciated the extras…there were about 10 bikes of varying sizes in the garage, including an adult sized trike with a basket, plus an umbrella, cooler and a paddle board. This place was the epitome of turn key! We biked to Vanderbilt Beach almost every day. You could also bike to Delnor Wiggins State Park, which is less than 2 miles from the cottage. Several grocery stores are within 2 miles, which is incredibly convenient. The location in Naples Park is hard to beat, particularly at this reasonable price. Gloria was wonderful to communicate with, and she responded to me quickly. We are already planning a return trip!

The best of the best
If you are looking for “the perfect and cleanest” house to rent in Naples, this is it. And Gloria, the host, without any doubt, deserves a Gold Medal. She responds immediately if you need to reach her and she is very very pleasant. (I wished every host were like her.) The house is only 3 minutes drive to the beach or you can bike or walk to it if you wish to do so. The house is more beautiful than the pictures shown on the website. The decoration is amazing. The kitchen has everything you might need, including an expresso coffee maker.(wow!) The bathroom has a hair dryer among other things. You can also find an iron, ironing board and lot of towels. There is a TV on the living room and in each bedroom. The garage has lot of bicycles, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella, dog beds. The patio is fenced. My two little dogs enjoyed it very much and so did we relaxing and watching them running around. The Wifi reception is great. And you can find the instructions to log in (as well as any other instruction you may need) in a picture frame in the wall right to your left when you go into the house. Everything is very organized (applauses for Gloria, please.) Our stay in this house was hassle free and extremely pleasant . We had a great time and we are already planning to return to this beautiful house with such a fantastic host again and again and again. It was very nice to rent from you, Gloria.

Even Better Than Advertised!
Everything from the pre-check in information, till checkout went without a hitch. Everything that was advertised was there and more. The location was perfect for beach going, shopping, dining and more. There were bikes for every age and size, noodles, a cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc & all were in great shape. Our dog loved the screened in porch that leads to the fenced in yard. The neighborhood is full of walkers and bike riders. It’s a wonderful safe neighborhood for visitors of all ages and interests. Our hosts were kind and available for questions but didn’t intrude on us. We truly loved our stay. This one is a winner!
