A cosy, recently renovated apartment equipped with all the amenities needed to accommodate 3 people. Despite its central location, it’s relatively quiet thanks to its view of the inner courtyard. The property is located in a very convenient area, just a stone’s throw from the port and the Maschio Angioino, and a short distance from points of interest such as Piazza del Plebiscito and the San Carlo Theatre. Perfect for getting around: the “Municipio” metro station, served by Lines 1 and 6, is just 300 metres from the apartment.



The 35-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building WITHOUT an lift: PLEASE NOTE: You must climb the stairs to access it.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, mini-fridge with a small freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave

- Living area with a single bed, armchair, dining table, split A/C, and 19-inch TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, nightstands with wireless cell phone charging, a coat rack, and split A/C

- Bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and bathtub with a shower enclosure.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED FIBER-OPTIC WIFI, split-system heating, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Please note: The apartment shares the entryway with the adjacent unit, which is part of the same property. Access and all interior spaces are completely private.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES-IN

Keys must be picked up between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM at the office located at Via San Bartolomeo 21, 200 metres from the apartment. From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, check-in will be handled by our keyholder directly at the apartment at no additional charge.



Late check-in directly at the apartment is permitted at the following rates:

- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM - €25.00

- From 11:00 PM to midnight - €30.00

- From 12:00 a.m. until 1:30 a.m. - €40.00.



To help us arrange your check-in as smoothly as possible, please let us know your arrival time in advance.



The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Our charming and very centrally located apartment is situated in Piazza Francese (near the Beverello Pier, the Maschio Angioino, and the Mercadante Theatre), so named because people of French origin lived there during the Angevin era. You’ll have the good fortune to stay in a building where the main entrance is curiously split in half, a result of postwar construction. The entrance is the oldest part of the square and is a popular stop on guided tours. Casazzurra is the ideal choice for those who want to stay in a central part of the city, well-connected to the port where you can board ferries to the islands. Also nearby are Metro Line 1 and the recently opened Line 6 (Piazza Municipio stop), which connect the entire city from the central station to the Fuorigrotta area.



- From Naples Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Alibus shuttle service to the Immacolatella Porta Di Massa station, a 5-minute walk from the property.



- From Naples Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking Metro Line L1 to the Municipio stop, which is 300 metres from the property.



- For those travelling by car, the accommodation is outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and is accessible by car. On-street parking is metered (blue lines). Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the Gran Garage Angioino, located at Calata S. Marco 11, 250 metres from the apartment.
