In case of late return of the property, guests will be charged a penalty equal to an additional day of stay, at the same agreed rate. 11) In order to reduce environmental impacts and with respect for the natural habitat, Guests will commit to not wasting water unnecessarily and to make appropriate and judicious use of electricity. 12) The house will be delivered clean, tidy and in good condition. Guests are expected to maintain it with care, placing their rubbish carefully in the rubbish bins, following the instructions for separate waste collection. It is recommended not to throw objects that could clog the pipes into the toilet or sinks. The kitchen must be left tidy and in good condition at check-out.
