It is amazing how big the condo is. It is conveniently located to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The booking, communication, and check-in were great. Tania was a wonderful host from beginning to end. She met us there to explain everything and had some good recommendations. We would stay there again if we go back to Naples. Our family needed multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was spotless. Please know that while there is an elevator (20 euro cents a ride), there are multiple steps before you get to the elevator. There is a washer but the dryer is out of service currently. The air conditioning units work great! The apartment is walking distance to multiple attractions. The grocery store is within walking distance. You're going to have to shop for paper products. The dining room/kitchen was the center of our gatherings. We used the living room to chill too. With so much food nearby, we didn't do much cooking, I suppose you could. The location is perfect, with a taxi station and the metro within a block or two. We really appreciated having A/C in each room. Being energy conscious, we turned it off in rooms not being used or if we left the apartment. Having an elevator is a plus, keep in mind that to get to it, there is a flight of stairs first, not a problem. There are four bedrooms, so it could accommodate a large group. There were only three of us, and we enjoyed the large common spaces. We like the layout and the fact that you could isolate areas, lots of doors. ##### michael d. My husband, adult kids, partners, and I returned to Napoli after 25 years for a family holiday. This apartment served as our home base for local adventures and had everything we needed! The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was efficient. The shower was hot and the other bathroom had a very nice soaking tub. The kitchen had everything we needed, and she had coffee three ways available. The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from a grocery store, pharmacy, and the Metro so we could take the train to Pompeii. We were walking distance from amazing restaurants, and the port was about 10 minutes walk. Our host was terrific! She was kind and friendly, interested in our plans and our safety. She was the best communicator, so nothing was left out as we made our arrangements and we could receive the property promptly when we arrived. The apartment is on the fifth floor in a very old building, but it has a lift retrofitted in, and it was very helpful to us. You need 20 Euro cents to operate it. Our family had a great stay, and hope to come back in a few years, planning our trip around this property's availability. ##### Angela W. Accommodation is nice and spacious. It is close to a Metro Station. We did tours of Vesuvius/Pompeii and Amalfi Coast during the days and did not do much in Naples itself (except visiting nearby Spanish quarters and eating out locally in the evening), so can’t speak to how central it is for other locations but the Fort is nearby and it doesn’t take too long to get to the Central Station via Metro. Restaurants are available at a short walk. Tania, the host was available, communication was good, and she got an issue we had with toilet promptly fixed. However there were a few drawbacks. The immediate neighborhood is a little sketchy, but it is within walking distance of the port and some of the major sites. The other surprise is that the apartment is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator, but you first have to carry your luggage up a couple flight of stairs to reach elevator. The other issue of note is that it’s not stocked very well. Make sure you bring your own soap, shampoo, extra toilet paper, etc. The host was very responsive and was helpful in getting a taxi to airport which proved to be more difficult than expected. ##### leonia S. It is within walking distance of most of the sites and fun areas of the city. The apartment is large, sunny and well equipped. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one a bath. The kitchen has a large table and is well equipped. There are 20 marble stairs (with a landing) to get to the elevator. The kitchen was well equipped, and the air conditioning units were brand new, which was wonderful since the temp was 90 degrees every day. The washing machine was also brand new and clothes dried very quickly on the clothes rack. Tania was a pleasure and very responsive to all my questions. Tania was a wonderful host! We were running late getting there to meet her and were quite frazzled by the time we arrived and she was very gracious. Great, prompt communication before and during stay. She checked in several times during the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. Property is clean, well decorated, cool air in all rooms, well stocked kitchen. Location ideal for quick access to metro, bus ferry, sites, restaurants, and shopping! Our location to venture around was great as the Metro and taxis were available if needed. The apartment was large and comfortably laid out. She took her time to give us a map and answered any questions we had about where landmarks were. Our biggest challenge as 55 and above, and one with a cane, was to bring suitcases up 20 steps to get to the elevator.. Our expectation was to walk in and have an elevator from the ground floor. Tania met us at check in and lugged a few of our bags up the 20 stairs…The sturdiest of us did our own, not waiting for her to return to get yet another bag.. We had hoped for more than 1 key for the 4 of us who travel at different paces, thus return at different times. We loved our stay but wished we were aware of the elevator and key situation. ##### Mildred C. We were not able to have 3 AC’s on and then plug our computer to charge because the electricity breakers will trip, the overall cleaning of the apartment was average. I had to change some bed sheets and couldn’t use the drawers because a few of them had garbage in them. Also one of the bathrooms only has a tub with a shower head that you have to hold while showering, it’s not a normal shower. The neighborhood was sketchy, couldn’t trust it at night. ##### Doris D.
