"Staff were friendly and helpful. Carpets downstairs were so bad but presume they are in process of changes. ?? Bedrooms seem to have recently been done up. Large with an amazing view of Porthminster beach. But single glazed as old building so quite noisy. Also noise from other floors and creeky floorboards! ..."
