Liked the idea that you need a room key to get in the elevator. Only weird thing was the faucet at the sink also became the controls for the hand held shower. Staff gave good recommendations of itzakaya across the street at the train station. Room was good size and the view of MT. Fuji was fantastic."

"Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Hills Shizuoka. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great views of the city. The location is extremely convenient, being close to Shizuoka Station and making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Shizuoka. Highly recommended!"
