View of Mount Fuji from the hotel room was amazing! Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave the hotel. This is a good system to make sure you don’t lose your room keys when traveling outside. Free breakfast was included and it is common Japanese style breakfast buffet. I was visiting my sister in town and it worked out okay, but it really threw me off when I found out I had to be out of the hotel between 10-3. It’s not like regular hotel where you can come and go at your leisure. I also was not crazy about having to lock my shoes to enter, and if you happen to return to hotel when there is a line of people checking in, you have to wait just to get your key for your shoe box. The room is clean and the bed was comfortable, but the particular room I was in had no closet. You basically had to live out of your bag/suitcase. I got used to it after few days but you do have to adjust your expectations.
