The carpet even older and I got the feeling it was a "short short" stays The bath that I looked forward to was closed and just a literal hole in the floor The roof was disheveled and full of junk but at least I asked because i got great pix of Fuji The staff were ok and friendly but sent me to the train station for pix instead of the rooftop There is no breakfast and they never said there was a restaurant til I asked for ice. The staff was sweet and did offer an upgrade after I spent my first night sneezing and coughing all night since there was a very strong smell and had to keep the windows open but their dusty blankets gave me an allergic reaction. The staff is nice but the facilities were old and not well maintained. Also the special bath they have on-site smells like onions and there are multiple chipped tiles.
