"Not a well maintained property. Our room had water damaged walls. In the vents it looked like mold or something growing. Carpets need to be replaced. Out side grounds had weeds in common area right by the pool & patio area. I mentioned these issues and showed pictures to the manager and he did give us a food voucher."

"I can't say enough good things about this beautiful place. The whole home is decorated so well and feels super cozy. We stayed here for 3 days and we were incredibly sad to leave. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio is awesome with lovely views. Awesome bonus was the Weber Grill! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. There were only two of us but I would recommend this as a awesome option for 2 couples or a small family. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were great. We love hiking and the vrbo is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. If you are a birder like me you will love sitting on the patio and enjoying many of New Mexico local species. The stars are night were gorgeous too. Last but not least, the owner Kerry was amazing. She responded quickly to any questions we had. I can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having an enjoyable and stress free stay. The best experience I've had with an owner and I've stayed at many vrbos. "We loved our stay at Tesuque Outpost! The location was perfect for hiking with the dog and going into Sante Fe took only 10-12min. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided and super clean. The view is amazing. Communication with Mo was easy, fast and helpful. "
