"The Room we stayed has a hole in the ceiling and spots like they n were working on the ceiling. The sink did not have a working plug. The bed and mattress were not even, the bed stuck out making it dangerous to hit your legs. The bedside table has permanent stains."

"Great spot! Spent the night in Santa Fe for a show at the Opera House which is only a couple miles away from the casita. Great place for our little dog too. FYI there is a $50 pet fee ($56 after what I assume is a processing fee) which we didn’t know about until after we booked the property. We would stay here again!"

"Tim’s place was hands down the most enjoyable place we’ve stayed during our many trips to Santa Fe. We visit about every three months. The property is beautifully decorated, the views are wonderful, and the entire community is peaceful and welcoming. We loved running the nearby trails every morning, then sitting with our coffee watching the hummingbirds gather around the feeders. It was such a relaxing and special experience. We absolutely loved our stay and will make this out to go place from now on! Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful venue and rooms. Given the elevation of the rooms, we were able to enjoy spectacular sunsets. One of the most comfortable hotel beds we have experienced. We loved having indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Bishop’s Lodge location felt like the best of both worlds, being only ten minutes from the center of town. The staff were lovely and friendly. However, it felt like this was their first rodeo - we experienced a few snafus. Having met the GM, as well as the Head of Operations of the property, I have little doubt service will only improve. Not an issue of desire to please, just experience. The venue is therapeutic in its own right."

"Leonard, our host, must be a very generous person. He shares with his guests a beautifully decorated condo full of Southwestern art, a fully stocked kitchen with extras like spices, and his advice. Communications were far above average. Leonard offered many ideas for cultural, scenic and dining experiences. The view from the well-furnished patio is one of the best in the Pueblo Encantado development. We want to go back soon."
