The staff were lovely and very helpful. This was our first trip to Japan; the room was compact compared to what we are used to in the US but still plenty of space for two, and they thought of everything to make it welcoming and meeting all our needs for a weeklong stay. Breakfast buffet was generous and delicious.

Absolutely beautiful views and room. Food variety was mediocre, but much cheaper than other similarly priced hotels so was definitely worth it! Great hotel with good facilities

Very nice and comfy hotel room, also clean and tidy. Surprisingly the room has microwave and washing machine which make more convenient. The dining esp the afternoon tea looks nice but didn't have time to try. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only shortfall is not close to the Nagoya Station, but they do have shuttle bus service. Overall a very nice hotel.
