I would like to say thank you to all staff members at Espacio Nagoya Castle Hotel for providing such warm hospitality and high quality service.
All staff members at the hotel were kind and very professional in taking my requests even after business hours with detail and sophisticated manner. I would highly recommend staying at Espacio Nagoya Castle to all my friends.
Wow, we just finished an unbelievable stay at this wonderful brand new hotel. The building and accommodations were stunningly beautiful. Artistic grandeur at every turn. Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs.
What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests.
We met the manager of the hotel, the manager of the restaurants on site, along with pleasant introductions to dozens of attentive hotel employees. We never have had such a wonderful experience from top to bottom.
Nagoya was an unplanned stop during our Japan vacation and now we are already trying to see when we can get back to Japan and specifically Espacio Nagoya Castle since we can't stop thinking about what a great time we had there.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The decore and the amenities are superb. We visit 5 star hotels across Europe, Asia, and America, and this is arguably one of the most beautiful hotel. With that said, I’ve seen better club lounges before.
However, the staff needs an improvement. Don’t get me wrong, everyone is extra kind and nice and helpful. But there is a significant lack of efforts for explaining the property and services. We were not given any information for the onsen, gym, pool, spa, and the fantastically beautiful restaurant that was on the other side of the building. We only stumbled upon it on our last day after checking out. We also had to discover the onsen through the TV guide. We wondered whether this was because we only speak English and the facility was still working on the English manual, but I ran into Japanese guests who had trouble finding the onsen door so I ended up helping them through body language. I’ve had better information access from 3 star hostels in Europe, which is a shame bc the hotel has so much to offer.
