There was no welcome, no offer of help, and no guidance to our room—just a cold reception. The room was uncomfortable, with an air conditioning unit you can’t control (it runs constantly), and the beds were rock hard—easily the worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Do not book breakfast. The food was low quality, limited, and repetitive. I looked at the evening meals and they were the same every night—unappetising and uninspired. The location is very poor if you don’t drive. It’s a 30–40 minute walk into Torrevieja, mostly along a very dark, unlit coastal path that feels unsafe at night. There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about this stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later." Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus."
