10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and very accommodating hotel in a cute area of flat iron district close to all
Front desk staff was amazing "
"Club Quarters Grand Central has become my "go to" hotel in NYC. It's conveniently located right next to GCT so you can easily go anywhere in the city. The hotel is safe with many measures in place to put your mind at ease. I often travel solo and that is THE most important thing for me. The room is efficiently laid out and spotless with a super comfy bed, great sheets and towels. The living room area on the top floor has great coffee, nice furnishings and a rooftop area with tables and chairs. The staff is warm and welcoming and genuinely seems invested in top notch customer service. "
"It was great from the fact that it allowed us to get to Danburg very quickly. It was quiet. It was clean, and all the people that worked. There were very gracious and helpful."
"I was greeted with a smile, and the check-in process was very smooth. However, there was a mix-up with my room; I had a single bed instead of a double bed since I was staying with my sister. They promptly changed my room. The restaurant and bar have a cool and relaxed atmosphere, and I would definitely go back."
"The reservation receptionist, Nichole, was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The subway was literally below the hotel making it easy to get around. Time square was a short walk with plenty of shopping and dining options all around. This was great for our first stay with my preteens in NYC. Can’t wait to go back. "
"Lovely modern hotel. Very comfortable rooms nice and clean. Ideal location just a block away from Times Square.
Friendly staff.
The only down side was the immediate area outside the hotel on 48th."
