We booked all 3 pods for a 1 night stay on the way back to the airport after touring Costa Rica and all were excellent, privately located with an outdoor kitchen, toilet, shower, balcony and jacuzzi. Although quite remote, they do offer a takeaway delivery service from a local restaurant, and the town is approx 15 minutes away. Important to note that the transparent pod is down a steep windy narrow path with lots of uneven steps, which is quite difficult to walk up and down and a real challenge...

Great place to stay for a few nights and chill. Enjoy the great, clean hotel and nice pool with the shaded areas that you need in this climate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are superb and I would try anything on the menu with complete confidence. Prices are sensible and compare very favourably with other hotels in Costa Rica. I hope we can visit again!

The room was implacable and all staff have been extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. The food was varied and very nice every day.
Good list of cocktails and the bar staff would also happily give you something that is not on the list or make all the twists you asked for, and they would remember you even though the resort was very busy.
Didn’t use the parking so cannot comment on that.
We had a perfect 8 night stay and would very happily return to the resort.

The property was beautiful and very maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Air conditioning was great. The heated plunge pool was amazing. The staff are all helpful and polite. The food and drinks were all delicious and big portions. My favourite part was being in the middle of nature and being able to see some of the incredible wildlife that Costa Rica has. This place is a wonderful place to relax. We definitely didn't want to leave because we loved it so much.

The rooms are quite basic but comfortable, there are a few mosquitos around but you are in a cloud forest so a few creepy crawlies are expected. Esteban is lovely and helped us book tours and transfers, the pancakes were amazing. The laundry service was so reasonable and so fast we got our laundry back and dry within a few hours!
It is tricky to get to without a car but you can walk to the national park and to Santa Elena easily. We ate at a hostel up the road in the evenings, it is only a 5...

Really helpful friendly staff, picking own salad was good fun. Very comfortable beds and high quality bathrooms. Wildlife in gardens.
Excellent set up, stayed with 3 kids aged 8 to 14 who loved it. 15 minute walk to centre of Monteverde for restaurants although a decent Soda and pizzeria 5 minutes walk away.
