Loved how close the hotel was to all the places to go in the area. Loved that there was a diner attached...Mystic Diner was awesome. I was looking for a peaceful, quiet and no rush weekend away and I got it. The staff was great and friendly. Definitely will come again.

Great location. Convenient to all the attractions and downtown. Price was very affordable. Staff was nice. It was a little dated, and had some cosmetic issues. But for the price it was comfortable and clean. Don’t expect the Ritz, but I recommend!

It was a nice place. The basics, but the continental breakfast was very lacking. One coffee dispenser that was empty. But a nice room. An indoor pool and spa.

Enjoyed that the rooms have been updated small details not taken care of …can’t use bath tub drain stopper does not work tub does not hold water…bath room could use more hooks to hang towels …amenities were stocked for one guest … Pool was unappetizing with large patches of peeling paint on the bottom which appeared rusty … The day we checked out the cleaning staff came in before 11am while we were out to breakfast…

The hotel is ideally located. Many activities, shopping & restaurants within walking distance. Free parking on site. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was clean. The hotel could use some updating. No hairdryer in room, bed was oddly lumpy. Overall, not bad for my 1 night stay.

We stayed here for the location and price. Is in close proximity to Olde Mistick Village, Aquarium and Seaport Museum. On a nice day you can bike or walk 2.5 miles to downtown area. We will stay here again mainly due to cost and location.
