AC was inadequate. The place is extremely in need of a major overhaul! Small bugs in the bathroom were found. Shower had as leaking, toilet was unclean. No hairdryer in room. We almost cut our loss and went to another place. The only reason we stayed was because the bed was comfortable and the hotel was close to the venue. I would not recommend.

I love the Oasis Hotel! It’s a great hotel if you’re on a budget with an AMAZING VIEW. The balcony is huge and private. I came here for a birthday weekend with my husband. We will be back again. With only one room available staff was able to get me a room on the top floor! 10/10 ✨💕

Hotel is nothing like the photos. The room we had was decent. It was a last minute option. Place was falling apart. Decided to stay 2 days and the toilet decided to give out. The staff was sooo friendly . They would ask you if you need anything and help if you needed help to your room. 5 stars for the staff and 1.5 stars for the property.

My husband chose this motel. I would have declined after reading the reviews but it was already booked. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. The motel is very old and not well maintained. The elevator was dirty with a wooden floor, though may have been metal underneath. We opted to use the stairs when we could. The room definitely needs a deep cleaning and a paint job. Metal furnishings contained rust. The bathroom and towels were clean, bed and sheets were nice and clean, two mini refrigerators that were also clean, a walkout deck, a well maintained pool, an outside shower to remove sand, and of course, a beautiful view of the ocean. I suppose the nightly rates are very good compared to nicer hotels. Another hugh positive thing…I never saw a live roach in our room or bed bugs! Trust me, I looked! There really needs to be lighting around the pool because it got very dark after the sun set. I did see video cameras though unknown if they work. The lobby was not always open, but a number was provided on the door that we could call. No maid service that I was aware of. I can say the positives slightly outweighed the negatives I suppose. Would I stay here again? No, I think I’ll pass. Once was enough.
