I really like all our questions was answered and help from staff was offered often . Also staff hospitalities and mannerism was very friendly and professional . Our room was exactly what we wanted and was shown and parking was easily assessable. Our plan didn’t include a meal plan so we didn’t experience the in hotel food , but it looked really inviting

Looked at my cc today, they randomly billed me 2 times 16.95,called and the guy said he had no idea why. Said he is reversing charges, we will see. The hotel is great clean, neat,helpful staff, on the beach but check your bill. Stayed there 3 times but just happened to catch the extra charges this time. I’ll b back but I will b checking my cc after this. No idea if they did this before it’s been a couple years ago since our last stay

Beautiful place to be, not very clean at all. I had to request my sheets to be changed, first night I smelt a man’s cologne and realized I was sleeping on a dirty bed. After my request I had to strip the beds myself as housekeeping only made the bed and again request fresh sheets. It is also not smoke free, many people smoking cigarettes and marijuana off balconies and vaping near pool. other than that the staff was very attentive and cared about making sure their guests were pleased

Everything about our anniversary weekend was amazing. The hotel, the staff, the bar & restaurant, all exceptional. The reason for 3 stars is I was sold a “partial ocean view room” and I got a frosted glass slider, bolted shut, overlooking the buildings HVAC systems. I could have booked 15,000 rooms at a beachfront on the grandstand but opted for quieter and off the strip in MB. Even the front desk staff said my reservation was extremely misleading. They didn’t have another room to offer due to Musicfest.

We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working and they gave us a new one. The night before checking out, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We probably should have complained about it but at that point we were just ready to go home.
