Last minute planned stay …. Friday night got there the lady behind the counter was so amazing, nice, friendly. Didn’t plan on house keeping coming in .. we had a popcorn fight… we was going to clean up after the beach… they came in and our room was perfect after the beach! Great stay for the price.. had to get more towels again the lady was super awesome! Thanks to all of you ! Our last minute trip turned out perfect! Great location, great staff!!! You guys rock !! We will be back

First, we had to move rooms because no TV worked in that room second room that we was moved to we killed two cockroaches, but the cleanness was very good and it’s very difficult to get in and out of the hotel driving wise

The hot water sold the whole room tub was a little small but the bath was so awsome. The bed was so soft that sold me 2nd the mini fridge didnt get cold enough had to figure out how to turn the coldness up. It worked to get my mountian dew cold. Microwave worked good tv had cable but couldnt get connection for roku set up. Watched my phone instead .amazed the hot water sold the whole room!!!!

Staff pleasant and amicable. No safety railing, our unit had a sliding glass door leading out to a roofed overhang with no safety railing at all. It's an older building,needs MORE maintenance, possible for hazards, under the beds haven't been cleaned in a long time. no bugs reported however, all electronics worked, however all electronics were plugged into one outlet causing a short in the microwave. microwave came on and off on its own . lighting was, interesting. Air Conditioner needed maintenance bad, however it still functioned properly

Service was good only problem was the cleanness tub was dirty I was afraid to shower without shoes and I had to move the microwave from the table to a close outlet just to use it

Make the best of it for the price!

We checked in later in the evening. Evelyn was very professional and welcoming when we arrived. She explained the room charges clearly and gave me the room keys. I opened the door to the room and immediately smelled residue of weed. Cleaned the air conditioner filter(very dirty) and started cycling air through the room. Air worked great. Beds/sheets were clean and comfortable(we checked first). No issues with critters like others had mentioned. Shower was hot although water pressure was not very good. We made the room work for us as we just needed a place to sleep for a couple days.

So so

If you stay here, you need to stay closer to the main office. We did not have hot water when we arrived at 1am. The person working the front desk even came and checked and opened another room for us to shower in. On our last night, we got back to our room around 10pm and, again, had no hot water. When I spoke to the manager her simple said the “water is the water” and they didn’t receive any other complaints. However, we were the second to last room. Rather than believing his staff member and guest, he acted like we were lying. Why would we shower in another room? They also charged me more than I was to pay for the room. We also had to handle people who lived in the complex blaring their music at 11/12am.

Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.
