What a incredible hotel. Rooms were clean, bed pretty comfortable. Check in had very long line, few check in agents, and did take awhile, but was worth it. The amenities were so much fun for the family. We loved the lazy river and hot tubs. Only suggestion is pool towels maybe checked out in tower 2, easier for all towers. Loved the Starbucks and restaurant. And the beach is right there at your doorstep. I will definitely be back !!!

The kids love all the activities, everybody was very friendly , the pool was cleaned every morning ! The only thing I would say is that the bathroom could’ve been cleaned a little better it wasn’t bad but it could use a good wipe down over what was cleaned . (It was also spring break I know they were very busy ) overall 9.5 out of 10 I think old definitely book again !

Great view of the Atlantic. The water park is just a series of pools and hot tubs, with two water slides added on. It’s big, but nothing special. Check in was interesting. You check in at the office which is in a convention center across the street from the hotel itself. Good stay overall, our room had plenty of space for the whole family.

Overall the property was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would’ve gave the hotel five stars but when they charged me a fee per day to park my car on the property that I paid auite a bit to stay for 4 days….yeah no 3 stars. I’ve stayed at hotels just as nice and there was no fee to park my car. I get it if it were valet parking but that wasn’t the case. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle. You charge people high prices to stay, you should at least let them park their cars for free.

The room was clean and we had a nice view. Housekeeping needs improvement. They only put 1 toilet tissue on the roll and not an extra one on the bathroom. We had to wait until 9am to get clean towels and have our garbage picked up. Also the room can use some upkeep. We have to big holes on the wall on our balcony.

Staff was rude, no one ever came to check our rooms and when we asked for clean towels they said we had to wait to 11am to get towels. We never did! . Mind you we were there for 5 days and never had anyone come to the room to restock toilet paper, coffee, towels and etc.. They don't provide conditioner and they don't provide pool towels. They don't really have an indoor pool and hot tubs are have warm water. The best part of the hotel was that it was beach front property.

They have a water park and plenty of outdoor pools and hottubs. Is just a bit aged. They are doing repairs but not sure if it will be enough. The rooms are run down. Its just old but in a great location.

Pros: the pool and waterslides were great! Warm and fun! The access to the beach & ocean views were great as well. Cons: our room smelled so strongly of Mary-Jane it was unbearable. I said something to the staff and they gave us a bottle of air freshener. Which didn’t help at all. The room was dirty (I had to wipe the entire place down upon arrival) & the bathrooms were tiny. They also do not enforce quiet hours so at all hours of night, you can hear people yelling and slamming doors. Not great for a family trying to sleep. The pools made it worth it but we definitely won’t be back.
