Retired couple and we had room facing the ocean. Hotel is showing age but fair price for what you get. No dining options nearby. No breakfast offered. Liked being across from ocean for a reasonable price. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The baseboard in the bathroom was in disarray. The shower leaked out on to the bath mat. Room 608. This should be looked into. Elevator was good. A lot of noise. it may need some oiling. Luggage plentiful, checking in was simple and received a friendly reception Location is great just off rt 17 and a short walk across to the beach. I would absolutely stay there again.

Everyone was so helpful. Room was very clean and nice. Only wish they would accept emotional support pets. Mine is an 11lb Yorkie and she doesn't shed at all.
