The receptionist quickly got me my bunk and also gave helpful information on tours. The staff were super friendly and just as informative with answering any questions I had throughout my stay. Food: The food was also good! The breakfast was a mini buffet with fruit, toast (including Nutella!), eggs, and fried rice or noodles (depending on the day), plus coffee, tea and an orange drink. Staff and owner were very nice and helpful. They would do anything for you. Let us check in early after all the trekkers left in the morning and they cleaned the room for us right away. Booked great treking through them. Nice fire pit in evening to socialize with your fellow travellers. If hot water is not working just ask as the system seems to air lock sometimes, otherwise nice hot showers.
