Be sure to have double the amount of your room charge in your bank account before checking in, there is a hold that we were not prepared for/aware of. Our door did shut and lock, but there was definitely still a gap to where we could see into the hallway. The bathroom door had a lot of scratch marks on the inside, which was odd. There was also a dark red splatter on the ceiling, which we could not determine what it was. Our window was already open when we checked in and had holes in the screen, which we wouldn’t have noticed had we not moved the curtains. The AC barely worked. The water pressure in the shower was very nice, and overall the room did seem clean (besides the ceiling splatter). The hotel definitely seems like it needs some updates, for the prices they charge. Staff was friendly. Would not currently recommend this hotel, unless for a last minute “just need somewhere to sleep” situation.
