"Staff are all excellent. Very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was great- lots of options especially liked the make your own omelette station. Parking was convenient and easy. Location was good and is in walking distance of several restaurant options. Aside from the modern bathroom, which had electronic shower controls on the wall to set temperature and adjust shower head, the rest of the room was pretty standard and could have used a bit more attention. The floor was sticky and the lock on the door was loose which was promptly fixed when they were made aware of the issue. Staff really make the place standout. Overall it was an okay hotel and an affordable option for the area. "
"This was a last minute stay. I made the reservation from the street in front of the hotel. What a wonderful place. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the valet to housekeeping. And they are pet friendly, i had my favorite travel partner with my, my lab mix Lilly. She loved the room also!"
"We stayed here years ago…its was excellent and it still is. Great amenities even including washer and dryer on the floor. Comparable to all hotels in the area and here you are centrally located in the St Louis area. Oh and they recently renovated."
"This place is terrible, no smoke detectors up stairs. Live wires exposed, mold in the bathroom. The Keurig didn’t work. No TV service. There were curtains bit no blinds and upstairs there is a window AC and you can’t shunt the curtains without blocking the unit. I would not recommend. Area was not great and a little scary! "
