Quiet and comfortable building. Some nice eating options. Rooms were large and comfy. Everything worked. THe coffee and bed stood out. This is my third time at this property and each time has been fantastic. The staff is always friendly, breakfast is awesome, and the check-in/check-out is a breeze. Definitely recommended this Hyatt Place!

Very impressed! This Hyatt does not have room service 'per se', but you can call in food and bar orders and pick them up at the front desk for relatively reasonable prices; which is even better! Also, in consideration that Hyatt Place Chesterfield shares the same general property as next door neighbor Drury Plaza Chesterfield; my recommendation is Hyatt-- more flexible room options, friendlier attendants, and less administrative inanity (granted, the last is based on one recent disingenuous interaction with Drury)
