Overall beautiful property! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. One of the guys at the front desk even helped me with my bags. The room was clean and comfortable and I loved the view from the oceanfront balcony. Amazing sunrises and sunsets! I was sad to leave.
The only thing I didn’t like, not the hotels fault, was there were too many owners who left there dogs unleashed. I don’t mind dogs on the beach, but one ran up to me and I’m not a dog lover, especially a wet dog, lol. It only happened once and I didn’t let it ruin my trip.
I’ll definitely choose this hotel on my next trip to Jax.

Definitely recommend for patients needing close accommodations to Mayo, its just a short drive . The property is very clean, professional staff, and well maintained grounds. Also great for families as they offer 2br units complete with washer and dryer and full kitchen. Very affordable
