The welcome snack bag was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk was amazing. I would like to give Kyah Kudos she was very welcoming, warm and helpful. We were in a room where the hot water was not working, we let the staff know and immediately they moved us to another room where the hot water was working excellent customer service.

This was a one night stay at this location. There was nothing within walking distance from the hotel. The only thing nearby was Dave and Buster. The front desk staff was pleasant. My room was located next to the elevator. This should have been a red flag. The rooms are not sound proof. At night you were able to hear conversation in the hallway and the foot traffic near the elevator.
