"Very clean and tidy in a good location close to downtown. Everything we needed was there, and the owners are very thoughtful and nice, providing comprehensive information on how to access the property. I checked out a bit late and the owner lady told me to take time and no rush, definitely will be my first open if to visit Bologna again. "

I note some reviews have criticised the breakfast, but I have to say, given the price paid, the breakfast is a bonus! To make the experience better tea/coffee facilities could be provided in the rooms rather than in a communal area, to allow for a morning cuppa in your own privacy, but nonetheless I would certainly visit again! "We had a triple prestige room for my wife, daughter (15) and myself. There was ample space and the beds were comfy.
The included breakfast was very good, but it didget busy towards the end of service.
The pool is amazing being Olympic size. You do have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas, but that does mean they are available and not just covered in towels from 7am. But if you are planning several days around the pool the costs will mount up.
The hotel is a little bit out of the city centre and a taxi will cost about €25 each way. There is a bus but it takes over an hour. Best to have a car."
"Overall this was a very nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Every staff member that we spoke to was very nice and helpful with any question that we had. They all spoke very good English and were polite with my terrible Italian. :)
Raquela at the front tlesk in the mornings had AMAZING restaurant recommendations. Marissa, at the front desk in the evenings, was not only nice and helpful but also remembered my wife and I by name after only one day.
While the first room we received had an air conditioning unit that did not work and needed some repairs, the staff was quick to send someone to check it out and then quick to give us a different room.
I will personally plan to stay here on my next visit to Bologna."
