"I wasn’t sure at first. I’d been travelling for 12h+, I was late and when I got to my room there seemed to be some stuff missing compared with what was listed as facilities. No water, kettle, tea, coffee and I really wanted a cuppa. No room service. I went to reception and the kind member of staff rustled me up a kettle and some teabags. The hotel was actually lovely and excellent value. Clean and really well positioned."

"Hotel is near more residential areas of Vienna, but that's exactly what we wanted. It's well connected to transport with 2 U-Bahn lines about 5-10 mins walk away, and a few major tram lines. Great property, I really appreciate the high ceilings and really nice lighting fixtures."

"We had a great experience at the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable about the local area and very helpful. Room facilities were really good. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. Our only criticism is the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is lovely, but it is very expensive compared to other local places and the breakfast was expensive for the continental offering provided and didn’t offer value for money in our opinion. For future travellers, I recommend trying the local beerhouses/restaurants for food and there are some lovely cafes a short walk from the hotel that do nice breakfasts for a fraction of the price."
