10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful hotel!!! Rooms were amazing, cozy and warm! We were celebrating our honeymoon and the Starhotel did not disappoint. The area was safe and offered various opportunities for sightseeing, dining and shopping. The staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely come again!"
"Everything was excellent. Its close by Rome Termini station. And from there you can walk to Trevi in 20 mins. Colosseum in 15 mins. Vatican in 45 mins.
I stayed here twice this trip. Once at the beginning and again at the end (which i booked oj Expedia after the first was good) The rooms were clean. They kindly upgraded me, the room set up was weird this time. But clean, spacious, all amenities, helpful staff.
Remember Rome is a old city, so its going to be quirky and different to other 4 star places. But i loved it. Glad I stayed and ill be back here again if in Rome"
"Enjoyed our stay at The Social Hub, hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lots of outdoor space to sit and have a drink in the sun, along with a roof top pool and bar area. Location is a little out of the way from the tourist sites, but there are two tram lines/stops within a 2 minutes walk which is helpful, and a metro stop about 15 minute walk away so the main sites are easy to get to. Rooms are a good size and beds are very comfy, air con was appreciated in this summer heat! Food eat the restaurant and bar was nice quality, with good breakfast options. There is a pizza restaurant on site too which was great! Would definitely stay at The Social Hub again!"
"Male here 42, took my 68 yo mother with me at the end of July during full summer time. We are from Miami, USA. We know heat and humidity. This iQ hotel had perfectly working air conditioning that you can control the temperature yourself, the guess, from inside your room. Read that twice, slowly. I have traveled alone before to Rome and had issues in other hotels with the AC. Not here. Not here! Everything else is immaculate. Excellent hotel, the space, the restroom, clean, and quiet. Mattress is comfortable. Beds were single size, but it is okay. We are not in Vegas with Queen size standard beds. This is Europe!...We even used the Jacuzzi on the top floor. It was not heated but it does bubble up, fun. Stuff in the fridge was free! What! 2 beers, water and juice. Great. It also had a safe in the room large for a laptop to fit in. Location is central. Everything works. I am the guy that would sleep on the floor on a brick and can battle it through, but If I took my mother to this hotel, I am damn sure you will be fine and not regret staying in this location."
