"Nice toi-même Quiet situation with sea view"

"Upon arriving there was large dance party with loud music that could be hear to the third floor. The crowd was so large you could not go onto the outdoor deck. The restaurant area was the same. No where to sit. We were taken to another area where wedding guests would be seated and had dinner. The subsequent days breakfast and dinners were excellent. Staff was gracious and caring. Limited parking but we were there on the shoulder season--no problem. This is a beach front hotel. There are really no other facilities for shopping etc. Need to head into Latina for this."

"The male waiters were rude and arrogant. The dinner was bad, but the breakfast was good. The shower was switching from hot to cold in a second you had to be careful not to be burned. The cleaning of the bath room needs improvement. Unfortunately we had next to the hotel a big dog barking during nighttime. Not a pleasant stay. "

"Convenient location - just a train ride from Roma Termini and then a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The view of the beach, the ability to rent beach chairs and beach umbrella made this an enjoyable beach day. "

"This property is overrated, it is of course nice and new but it does not offer services and amenities as a 4-stars hotel. We got very poor information at check-in. Bar service is extremely disorganized and very expensive, conscious of what they offer."

"The property is in a rural location offering seclusion, peace and quiet amongst absolutely stunning surroundings of tree-lined hills. The property consists of two buildings, each with two bedrooms. The main building is very spacious and offers a large, open-plan kitchen, dining-room, living room area complete with TV and table-football table. The annexe is a smaller building with just the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The property is tiled throughout and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable indeed - this is our host's profession after all! The swimming pool was immaculate and contained fresh water from his own private well that was amazingly clean meaning that very little chlorine was required. This made regular swimming a breeze, and there was even a fountain, inflatables, goggles and lights for night-time use. Our host was SO attentive and the only thing that mattered too him was that we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable. He went out of his way to ensure that the citronella candles were lit morning and evening to keep away mosquitos and he topped up and cleaned the pool daily. He even let us use the pizza oven and stayed with us from 3pm until 8pm to ensure we had no issues. It was so efficient we were able to cook bread in it the next morning. To access the property you will need your own transport, however with our hire cars we could easily use the park and ride to visit Rome and we easily drove to Pompeii down the motorway. Overall: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :-)"
