Sure it is a cave but we also stayed in another luxury cave hotel in Matera and their WiFi was superb. 2, for this price even including the SPA facikity, we expect just a bit more or lower price. 3, we booked a suite but the suite we had was slightly different from the one we saw on the Internet, both the hotel's and Expedia's. There was only one chair in our suite, and we were travelling as two, so..... This goes back to point 2, taking everything into account for this price, the hotel has not exceeded our expectations."

The rituals are very interesting and should not be missed. What could be better? - our Bed mattress was too hard and very noisy. Wife would wake up every time I had to go to the restroom during the night. - swiming pool / jacuzzi was a nice touch, but water was not hot enough - room is somewhat dark and takes some time to get used to."

"Beautiful place. Great charm and character. Everything was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaraunt was spectacular. The rooms are carved into the caves so each one is unique. I was amazed how they were able to engineer plumbing and electricity in these caves. The only slight issue was the A/C was not working very well. Not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay also."
