They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. "The rooms very basic but very clean. The bed was comfortable and everything worked. The bathroom is on the smaller side of things. The location is unbeatable and can be reached easily by bus. The staff was a highlight of our stay."
