It consists of: entrance with covered veranda and built-in barbecue, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed with pull-out bed, satellite TV, kitchenette with four burners, microwave oven, fridge, air conditioning and safe. The bathroom, recently renovated, is equipped with toilet, sink, bidet, shower with box. A bright double bedroom furnished with built-in wardrobe, double bed. On the back of the house, washing machine housed inside a compartment and driveway that allows access to the convenient private parking, located about 50 meters away. The large garden distinguishes the Rota house inside a very quiet building, is about 200 meters from the beach, partly free and partly served by the Piscina Rei kiosk where you can rent umbrellas and anything else. The position of the Rota two-room apartment allows you to "abandon" the car for the entire holiday as it is close to both the small shopping center about 100 meters away, and to the biweekly market that takes place outdoors on Thursdays and Saturdays with local food products and various goods. ## Property amenities ### Parking and transport -
