Really lovely hotel. Love staying here.

I do not have enough positive things to say about this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was beautiful with great facilities, as well as being on a bus route into the centre of town. I would happily return and recommend.

This was my second stay and loved it all over again, location is very beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will be back soon ❤️

Property was great and included cooking facilities and washing machine/drier. Host Reggie was very friendly and gave us great local knowledge.

Comfortable bed, in a spotless room with a beautiful view of the canal and garden. Thoughtful outdoor seating offering choice of sun or shade, and privacy. Delightful buffet breakfast of boiled eggs, cheeses, meats, cereals, fruits, breads, yoghurt and juices. A very relaxed two night stay.

Room was comfortable, simple check-in and checkout and communication was superb. Also appreciated the completely water and snacks in the room.

This hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The lobby area is very lively. It did seem like it was far from the main tourist attractions but as we stayed when the shuttle was working it was fine and it drops you right by the ferry and the ferry drops you in a central area. It was also very convenient that we could purchase tickets for entry into museums etc at reception. If you have a car there are a number of restaurants close...

Upgraded to the aircon room was fantastic during this little heatwave and beds were very comfy and clean

Very nice hotel, set in the grounds of a Chateau. Evening meals are served in the beautiful period rooms in the Chateau, whilst the breakfast is in the hotel in the part that had been converted from stables. The hotel has that up market feel, with excellent decorations and pictures on all walls. The room is comfortable with coffee making facilities, balcony, nice flat TV with BBC1 available. My wife and I really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent Chateau-style Hotel in a peaceful location, yet with easy access to Haarlem and Amsterdam. Well recommended.

Very nice to stay for one night

I booked this hotel for myself and my two teenage children (16 and 13) as a treat for my 16 year old passing GCSE with great grades. She wanted to visit Anne Frank House and Van Gogh Museum and my youngest wanted a hotel with a swimming pool. Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town.
