Great hotel , helpful staff , clean room . I would have gave 5 stars but the air conditioning wasn’t working. Staff informed us at check in and gave us option of cancellation. However it was later evening and we did not know where else to go ! They also gave us free breakfast because of this , which was kind . However when we asked when the air conditioning would be fixed , staff said “ maybe tomorrow, maybe next day?? This should have been a priority given the high temperatures outside . Fortunately we carried a small fan or the situation may have been worse .

The personnel were awesome. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and close to downtown. It was very clean and beautiful rooms. They also have a restaurant with good food and drinks. I will definitely return.

When we stayed here the A/C was broken, staff offered our money back and to stay somewhere else but it was already so late that we stayed anyways, so they offered us free parking because of the issue.

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. They breakfast was tasty. They had an issue with the coffee machine while we were there but it was just a random malfunction. Would definitely return to this property.

This was a surprisingly good experience. We were looking for a low cost hotel option and this exceeded our expectations. The hotel seemed brand new, everything was clean and comfortable. The room was a little small, but great value.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Umbau und bietet noch nicht den Premier Inn-Standard, den man aus anderen Hotels kennt. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Darauf wurde man zwar beim Check-in aufmerksam gemacht, dennoch war es im Zimmer sehr warm - zumal sich das Fenster nur kippen ließ. Außerdem fehlte es im Zimmer an Stauraum und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Im Bad gab es gar keine Lüftung. Der Preis pro Nacht war okay und die Lage des Hotel ist ebenfalls gut, dennoch werden wir vermutlich nicht nochmal wieder kommen.

Wir haben am 28.07.2026 eingecheckt. Leider war der Empfang an der Rezeption kein guter Start in unseren Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Da wir unseren Urlaub entspannt und ohne Diskussionen genießen wollten, haben wir dies während unseres Aufenthalts nicht bei der Hotelleitung angesprochen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Zimmer. Es war sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Allerdings fehlte ein Kleiderschrank, sodass wir unsere Kleidung während des gesamten Aufenthalts im Koffer lassen mussten. Das war auf Dauer etwas unpraktisch. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Besonders das Küchen- und Buffetpersonal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch die übrigen Mitarbeiter waren überwiegend nett und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Schade war lediglich der unfreundliche Empfang, da dieser den ersten Eindruck des Hotels leider getrübt hat.

Det var pænt og rent og god service. TV ikke så godt, det ville være godt med et køleskab. Dejligt der var vandkoger, så man kunne lave te og kaffe. Hotellet ligger tæt på stationen laim og Biergarten Hirschgarten med dejlig park. Nymphenburg slot med fantastisk botanisk have.

An sich alles okay. Das Frühstück hat den ersten Eindruck um einiges verbessert, da wir das Gefühl hatten, dass das Zimmer nicht frisch geputzt war. Die Spiegel waren noch schmutzig und die Dusche voller Haare. Leider gab es keinen Schrank im Zimmer, was dazu führt, dass man aus dem Koffer „leben“ muss. Bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt- leicht verknittert. An sich alles in allem trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub.
