Very spacious room with kitchenette made our visit so pleasant. Room had a gorgeous view of a tree-lined courtyard showing the vibrant foliage. Staff was friendly. Lobby was well appointed and felt very lux.

Friendly staff, especially Vanessa, Anastacia, and Fatima. The hotel is a bit older but offers Wi‑Fi, a small kitchenette, a sauna, a gym, a good breakfast, and a 24-hour front desk. The location is great, and having a REWE market nearby was very convenient. Thank you for making my first stay in Munich such a pleasant experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. After long days of walking around, the spa was a great way to relax. We had a unit with a kitchen and the only thing I found strange was there was no dish soap, rags/ scrubbies or anything to clean the dishes with. Overall we were very happy with this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which is always one of the most important things for us when traveling. The location was also really convenient. We were close to both Marienplatz and the Theresienwiese, making it easy to get around Munich and especially convenient for Oktoberfest. There was also a REWE nearby, which was perfect for grabbing drinks, snacks, or anything else we needed during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Munich.

Everything was great but best part was how helpful Alessandra was. She was such a lovely person and so supportive in getting me checked in and letting me know what to see in Munich and to make sure I don’t miss my flight. Truly one of the best staff I’ve met in years anywhere. Overall hotel was great. Clean, quiet, easy to get to, I loved that the park was walking distance. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I stayed there 4 weeks. The room was spacious, and was equipped with a small kitchen, which was perfect for breakfast. The storage space was suitable for a one month stay. The staff were nice and helpful also. I really like the location as well. It's located 5 minute walk to the river, and this area was more relaxed than the city centre. Next door is a supermarket (Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm), and the nearest bus stop, Waldeplatz, is 2-3 minutes walk, and it's on the line that goes to the central station or Deutsche Museum.

The place was nice. The staff were helpful and nice. I was happy that the hotel automatically didn’t clean the rooms unless asked. I had a loft room that was ok. I had a good amount of space but going up and down stairs is never ideal. It was mostly comfortable but the pillows were shockingly thin. They provided very little support. Other than that the bedding was fine. There was a little kitchenette that was nice. I was glad to have plates and silverware to use for some meals. The location was a bit removed from some of the things I wanted to see. Unfortunately it was in a kind of ‘dead zone’ for U-bahn stations, but there were other options to get around. The hotel is right above a grocery store so it’s very easy to grab a snack if you need it. I didn’t use the restaurant, bar, or spa but I’m glad they were there. Overall a pretty nice experience.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s usually perfect, nice spacious rooms and good sauna facilities. Unfortunately sauna was not working and my rubbish bin in the bathroom had not been cleared out from the last person who had been in my room.

Very nice, clean hotel. Room very comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent, independent restaurant attached to the hotel. Other good restaurants in walking distance. Not at the center of town and walk to old town takes about 25 minutes, but bus stops not too far away. On site laundromat. Wifi good. Fitness center ok. Only problem I had it all with the hotel was that the shower drain was slow and I did ask them to fix that. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was spacious, with a large window for natural light. It was a great hotel for a long term stay of almost 3 weeks. Felt like a second home away from home. The location is close to the bus stop, the river walks are beautiful, and the breakfast buffet is quite nice - fresh fruits, salads, and hot food.
