Spacious accommodation - 2 floors with very clean and quality fit and finish furniture, floor, walls, kitchen, bathroom, beds, and other items. There are 2 beds with a full bath upstairs and 1 bed and a half bath downstairs. The bathroom was extremely clean with pretty nice quality of materials used in it. The kitchen has some utensils, cups & plates, silverware, etc. if anybody wishes to cook/warm up food. It has a small refrigerator and a microwave. Most importantly the kitchen is also equipped with an electric water heater and an espresso machine with 4 pods! I believe there is a mini mart/small grocery store very close by, but due to our odd times for checking in and out, we couldn't tell how the store is. We walked and caught a city bus to go the city center (downtown) to walk around (after 8 pm on December 26th) and had an amazing dinner at an excellent German restaurant (Google recommendation). We took a walk next morning by the river after checking out toward city center again. Eventually took a bus and spent some time and had quick breakfast before taking the train to the Munich airport to return to California. You can purchase a day family pass for 25 Euros that works for train and bus. We did mess up spending more for a worse deal on the night of our arrival (45 Euros). Breakfast was mediocre at best, especially for that price and It’s not in a bad location to see attractions. No A/C in the room or maybe the building. Forced air that barely worked, and one small window for ventilation. We had two floor fans which were provided that pushed around the hot air, which did not help. We received a loft room at the front desk, which has a narrow staircase to your bed. It was hot as you know what up there! When I asked the front desk to help, they merely said sorry, we only have fans, no a/c.
