We had a wonderful stay. The location couldn't have been better, with, Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz, retail shops, and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special mention goes to Ahmet at the restaurant, where the food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. We would happily stay here again.

Great hotel. Nice restaurant and beer patio. Only issue was that elevators stopped at landings between floors meaning you need to go up or down stairs to get to your room.

The hotel is a perfect location. Rooms are always very well cleaned and neat and the amenities are excellent. The afternoon attendant at the desk is very thorough but seems to have an issue with multitasking, while the morning staff is truly excellent.
