    The "Kaiser" vacation home is located on the edge of the village of Niclasreuth near Aßling in the Ebersberg district.



    The house is furnished with high-quality materials and exudes a cozy atmosphere thanks to the reclaimed wood used. It also offers a terrace with a magnificent view of the Alps and a garden area. Also particularly suitable for families.



    The picturesque village of Niclasreuth is located in the south of the district of Ebersberg, around 28 km east of Munich and is an excellent starting point for Munich and the Chiemgau region with Lake Chiemsee and the Bavarian Alps.



    Although the surrounding area is rural, Niclasreuth has excellent connections to Munich, the Chiemgau region with Lake Chiemsee and the Bavarian Alps. The cultural and trade fair city of Munich as well as the picturesque Chiemgau and the edge of the Alps can be reached in around 30 minutes by car or via the nearby train station in Aßling.



    The small town is therefore the perfect starting point for any vacationer who wants to get to know both Munich and rural Bavaria. The proximity to our trade fairs in particular makes it possible for business people to switch off from their stressful working day in a relaxed environment.



    In Niclasreuth and the surrounding area there are numerous hiking and cycling trails as well as golf courses.



    Golf: There are 6 golf courses within a radius of around 20 km.



    Ski: In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the Upper Bavarian Alps with numerous ski areas and cross-country ski trails.

Großzügiges, hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Alpenblick

Pros: Das Ferienhaus Kaiser ist in Niclasreuth sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet enorm viel Platz für bis zu acht Feriengäste. Das Haus ist äußerst komfortabel ausgestattet mit einer Mischung aus Moderne und bayrischer Gemütlichkeit. Die Möbel sind aus Vollholz und ebenso wie die Sanitäranlagen sehr hochwertig. Als Highlight gibt es von der Terrasse und von zwei Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf ein Alpenpanorama. Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie eine Woche lang in diesem tollen Ferienhaus gewohnt und haben uns dabei äußerst wohl gefühlt. Vom 8km entfernten Grafing aus fährt eine S-Bahn und eine Regionalbahn nach München, was Ausflüge in die Stadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bzw. ohne lange Autofahrt ermöglicht. Unser Dank gilt unseren sympathischen Gastgebern für diese unvergessliche Urlaubswoche.
