What the Hilton Munich City lacks in charm due to its size, it makes up for in convenience and comfort. One can get on public transport, including the train to the airport, without even leaving the building. The Old City center is one stop away, or perhaps a 15-minute walk. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The €30 price for breakfast (if not added at the time of booking) is absurd but a racket practiced by many hotels. This was our second stay and we expect it will be our go-to hotel when visiting Munich.

The location was perfect — the metro is just downstairs with great connections, and you can easily walk to the main attractions. The staff were very helpful and the room was spotlessly clean. Excellent hotel, great staff. Avoid the breakfast!

Spotless room, well appointed, very helpful staff, and excellent location. Underground parking available but expensive. Breakfast not good value for money and extremely busy at any time, avoid!

Overall staff was very nice. Hotel is next to the train station, aldi is across the road. Bar was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. It was a very good experience
