About this property

Fewo Vergissmeinnicht in a beautiful country idyll between Munich and the Alps

  • Our holiday rental is located on our farm; it is lovingly and comfortably furnished in a modern country house style. It is situated in a fantastic, peaceful location, in a lovely rural setting with a beautiful view of the open countryside. You are invited to relax, escape the stress of everyday life, and enjoy nature. We have a small herd of mother cows and a few chickens. The farm is located on the outskirts of Kleinhelfendorf, a district of the municipality of Aying in beautiful Upper Bavaria.
    Our newly built holiday rental, approximately 70 square metres, is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. It features 2 rooms. The living-dining area, which features a dormer window, includes a fully equipped kitchenette with all appliances, a dining nook, and a large pull-out sofa (sleeping area 140x200 cm). There is also a large bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
    The bedroom has a double bed that can be separated.

    There is also a balcony. A spot in the garden is available, complete with a seating area and barbecue facilities.

    There are various shopping options and restaurants with beer gardens very close by.
    There is an S-Bahn station in Großhelfendorf (2 km away) and in Aying (4 km away).
    Access to the A8 and A99 highways is about 15 minutes away.
    Munich, Rosenheim, Tegernsee, and Schliersee are about a 30-minute drive away.
    There are many beautiful places to visit nearby:
    Right from the holiday rental, there are plenty of trails perfect for biking and walking.
    The mountains are easily accessible for hiking and skiing.
    The Blindham Mountain Wildlife Park is a 15-minute walk away.
    More excursion tips are available on site.
    Please note:
    Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., or by arrangement.
    On the day of departure, the holiday rental must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
    We are a smoke-free property; a designated smoking area is available outdoors.
