Staff was very helpful. Laundry was available which is nice. Would be nice to have coffee service in the rooms as there were no kettles, coffee/tea or an ice machine on any of the floors.

Hotel room had a kitchen with microwave, stove, but no dishes , no mug, no kettle... why keep the kitchen in the room if no dish items to use it? Breakfast was fresh and simple , same everyday. The only frustrated event occurred when I witnessed the waiter lady was cleaning the used tables with the cleaning cloth and at the same time putting clean forks on the table touching them by the tip. As this fact violates all hygienic simple rules, i found it totally unexceptable and discusting . Cafeteria staff needs to be trained more for safety hygiene.

Family Stay

Great place for families, easy to get there. Unfortunately they don’t have a wait to store your bags if you arrive before your check in but they compensate with excellent facilities and service.

Great hotel

Good spot not too far from main city centre. Service was great and clean, comfy rooms. First 2 days we were getting taxis before discovering the day passes on all public transport! Would definitely stay again, great experience, thank you.

The property was very clean, spacious and centrally located. When we arrived, the manager told us that the room we had booked (for 4 people) was no longer available but he offered two connected rooms at no extra cost. We definitely recommend this property for its excellent service provided by the manager.

My stay @ Vienna House Easy by Wyndham

This was my 3rd stay in this hotel. Very Courteous front office staff, Convenient location and the Suite on the 5th floor is awesome. Keep up the great work!

Loved the location of the hotel. Staff was kind and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. The only complaint I have is maybe to provide better pillows with more support. Also the additional cot wasn’t the most comfortable for 5 nights. Would definitely return.

There was nobody to greet us at the main desk for the first 10 minutes so I was unsure that I made the reservation correctly. We came all the way from Canada. Our room was for a wheelchair and had no shower door so it was odd. I did find the staff very friendly. The room was nice, and clean.

Theater themed decor is cute- there’s a small lobby & shop past the check in desk that has snacks, drinks etc. that has lots of items you need/ want. Like a microwave , a bottle opener, and beer! Lots of stuff around and easy to get to train. On a busier corner.

The Hotel Manager was extremely gracious and upgraded my room at no cost and allowed an early check in for a small fee. I was absolutely exhausted and was extremely grateful for the gesture. My stay was comfortable, near plenty of transportation options and I had great food in the neighborhood and in the city. I had a breakfast plan but didn't use it as I preferred the coffee and pastry at a nearby cafe. However, people seemed pleased with it. I strongly recommend Vienna House. Lovely facility, staff and neighborhood. 5 stars all the way!

Good air conditioning and it was very helpful during The Heat wave with 80%+ humidity. Great view of The city. Staff were friendly. Room was clean, but towels were not replaced every day. Bed was super comfortable. Pillows were a bit flat, but still got a good nights sleep. Well insulated- did not hear any noise from outside, even though it’s a very busy street corner. Would come here again.

This hotel is very rundown and in desperate need of some care. The staff were clearly not that bothered - apart from the breakfast staff. There was no bar and our room was very scruffy. Curtains hanging off and couldn’t be shut, worn headboard etc. asked for curtains to be sorted - was told they would but they didn’t. Overall this was not good value and we wouldn’t recommend - the breakfast was ok but not refilled much. We wouldn’t recommend have booked another hotel if we could have for the second night. It was also noisy, not soundproofed and in our corridor there was a permanent stink of weed!!
