Have everything we needed. The AI respond is doing well. If there are some instruction on how to operate different devices like the range hood and the stove would make the stay go smoother.

Build up all along tile grout and shower hinge area with what looked like mold/mildew. The sink water pressure was double that of the shower. TV was difficult to work with.

It is very close to Munich central station ( walking to platform took about 10 to 15 minutes vs 4 minutes marked on Google because it had some walk from the station entrance to the platform) and 20 minutes walk to munich city center. It has lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is a 7 stories property and we were surprised to find they have staff onsite during the day. We were about 15 minutes earlier than the 3 pm check in time and the staff happily let us in at 2:45 pm. The rooms were every clean and have high quality material, although every room is small: bedrooms are small, barely any space between the bed, wall and windows, the kitchen is small, only one person can stand, bathroom is small. The table in the living room is very shaky (they should replace it). There was also construction nearby, we heard the noise and the surrounding was not very pretty. Overall it is very convenient location and good stay.

Location is great, but lots and lots of construction happening right outside the property. Not much interaction with staff, which is fine. Bob W is what it is, so don’t be expecting the whole hotel experience

Building will under renovation and there were a lot of construction activity in the back, even on Saturday. Only one out of two elevators worked and it was really slow. The room itself was nice and newly furnished. The water pressure and temperature on the 5th floor was horrible, making showering a big pain. The luggage room in the basement is open so anyone could in theory go in and take whatever they want. The area is very sketchy.

Wer also richtig heiß duschen will, hat hier vielleicht ein Thema. Auch das soll aber überprüft werden.
