Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach Hotel
Bathroom was dated, reception staff were ok. Annoying you can't sit and enjoy a coffee outside the club area. The hotel lobby was clean, but a very strong smell of air freshner, and slightly on the cold side.

When we arrived at the hotel then shown to the room, the toilet seat was dirty and not clean with hairs on it. Shower door was loose and did not close so when you had a shower all the water coming out of the shower and made the floor wet and dangerous. The water in the shower did not drain into the ...
