Worst Hotel & Service In Mumbai.
Booked the Deluxe Double Room, 1 Queen Bed, Smoking, City View. Took over an hour to check in. They requested everything but my shoe size. What we got when we finally got to the room was a five bed dorm with no bedding and lack of service and understanding. All the check-in wanted to know was how much we paid for the room. This was after they shown us the room. Tried to explain that we had the deluxe room. We had no choice but to stay in the room, due to it coming close to midnight. That was ok until at 8am the following morning, they tried to add more people in the room. Explained again, that we booked a private room. After this, we didn't feel secure leaving our belongings in the room to go for breakfast. You didn't know who was going to be in the room when you got back. So we checked out and the manager wanted payment, again explained that we paid by Credit Card. Worst service. Only good point is the location to the CST Terminus and the restaurant next door was great.
