I booked this hotel for overnight in between flights as it was a reasonable price and closer to the airport. The neighbourhood is a very busy market area and main road below the metro. The room booked was a deluxe king. The room was small, the bed maybe a queen size, one of the pillows was unusable and there were no towels, this was fixed by the hotel. The room was infested with mosquitos and it took some time to kill them all, the hotel provided and electric insecticide device. There was an old light blanket with cigarette holes for a bed cover. The room was not well cleaned. The air conditioner worked and was not noisy and the hot water heater worked :-). There was decent food and chai nearby. In Mumbai, every hotel room is by default an AC room. This was a scam. The rooms were not clean and the bathroom condition was pathetic. There was no privacy as there was a window above the door and it could not be closed. The overall vibe of the hotel was shady and I could not keep my wife alone in the hotel. It looked very unsafe. The hotel was filled with bad smell. There was no sanitizer or room freshener. We did not even stay there for an hour. We checked out within an hour and had to book another hotel which had room implying an AC room.
