The Attendants in the respective floors also make a lot of noise well up to midnight. However, the overall experience has been satisfactory with no complaints about the quality of food or service, or the cleanliness of the Room. I do have one suggestion for the Front Office staff of the Hotel - I found them to be a frowning lot, they should bring about a cheerful disposition in them. It is only a short taxi ride to the marine drive at night. The hotel is clean and there are a lot of people from service on each store. You can hear the noise from the street and some humming air cons from next doors building and voices in the hall, but that is in a lot of places in Mumbai and in this hotel category you dont have isolated windows (earplugs recommended). The air con and warm water was working ok. The hotel was safe. The check out time was nicely polonged from 12 to 1 pm. Das Personal bemüht sich sehr um die Gäste.
